This month Dr. Andrew Westphal gives a brief update (audio only) on what’s new with Stardust@home and where the project is heading. Listen in to learn why it might be better to concentrate on the Foils effort for now (if you’re a participant), as well as how we’re addressing some of the bottlenecks in the continued search for interstellar dust particles, and what we think are possibly the best solutions. Dr. Westphal also discusses some new techniques the project is employing, including Atomic Layer Deposition.
