Java Script Error Message

Post by Superluminal »

Occasionally I've recieved a Java script message: Image failed to load.

Yet the movie loaded just fine, though very slowly. Is this on my end or is it at Stardust@home?

A movie is a bunch of images. If just one doesn't load, you might not even notice. Usually, though, I get a bunch of messages and a bunch of missing images at a time.
If you're going to be just like everyone else, what's the point in existing?

It' included here http://stardustathome.ssl.berkeley.edu/ ... highlight= as issue #5.

When this happens to me, I clear the errors and click the reload button on the browser and it has worked every time (IE 6). If you don't reload, the next movie will be missing those frames.

Good luck!

Problem when loading a file.

Post by pi314 »

Hello,

I was searching tracks in movies but when my computer wanted to load
the following file :

Movie ID : 5500342V1

I got the following message :
Javascript error : Cannot load image
"http://s3.amazonaws.cpom/stardustathome ... 45-001.jpg of next movie"

Of course nothing appears in the image/movie location.

I will skip disconnect after having answer "track or no track".
Would you please check this movie is it is OK or not.
thank you in advance.

Hi pi.

This is a known issue and has been addressed in the FAQ.

Usually the problem can be fixed by pressing the 'reload/refresh' button in your browser.

Hope that helps.
