More Than One Track Per Movie?
I may be wrong but there appears to be more than one track on some movies. Sometimes even as many as three or four different and distinct tracks on a single movie. Thanks.
Re: More Than One Track Per Movie?
Possible, but unlikely O`Henry. Next time you encounter such a movie, can you jot down it's ID number and post it here so we can have a look?
Thanks!

I have seen others before I noticed this post, now I know where to post future ones.

Re: More Than One Track Per Movie?
Right on, Jason. Likely you noticed that these examples are all the same "pairing." The same power (or calibration) movie tracks may be presented in various orientations and magnifications.
O'Henry, you are certainly correct that some movies appear to contain multiple features that look suspiciously like potential candidate tracks. It especially hurts to carefully scrutinize and then flag such a potential track, only to find out there was a (sometimes) more obvious calibration track elsewhere in the same movie. Experience will help you more effectively screen out those misleading features, and inhibit you from zeroing in on a potential candidate before examining the entire viewing field.
In earlier phases, there were some movies the Berkeley team classified as "swarms." They contained what looked like multiple, very short-tailed tracks all oriented in the same direction. They could number anywhere from three to a dozen or more in one movie. I've only noticed a few such movies in this phase, and then only in "swarms" of two to four.
I like Dan's suggestion. Just have to remember to jot down the number of the movie the next time a "faux" track leads me astray.

jason/jason & caprarom, Regarding "more than one track per movie." If you look on page 27 under "There's a problem with this focus movie," you will find my post. I've encountered movies with these "two tracks" several times. First time, I clicked on the "leader" and got counted wrong. Then, I wrote the forum and submitted the movie for suggestions. "Click on the one behind." Since then, I've done that and got 10 points for it! Will attach post from page 27. Evelyn ERSTRS/SmithES

jason/jason, A few minutes ago, this double track appeared on my screen. I clicked the rear-most one and got 10 points.
