I've come upon a split/mixed movie. What do I do?

Q: I've come upon a movie that has more than one field of view mixed together. What do I do?

A: This is a result of how we process the movies. It is nearly impossible to fix and only affects a small percentage of the movies. In general, it can be safely ignored.

If you are able to see whether or not there’s a track, then click appropriately (e.g. if the split occurs in the last few frames). If the splits prevent you from seeing if there’s a track or not, then click "Bad Focus" (e.g. if the split occurs in the middle of the focus range).
