Pop-up ad
I don't know if this is a Stardust@home problem or just my computer, but I just clicked on "no track" and an ad for American Express popped up. Because it was malfunctioning, I turned off my pop-up guard months ago; however, this is the first time I have ever had a pop-up while dusting.

Hi elainekeefe.
Pop-up ads should not be coming from the S@H servers, and are most likely triggered by something on your system.
If you don't have it already, there are free programs (for personal use) that may be able to detect and eliminate the culprit such as 'AdAware SE'.

Note: There are other similar tools available and no single tools seems to find everything. If AdAware doesn't find it, you might try Spybot Search and Destroy
Good luck!

Thank you
Thanks, DustBuster. I did install Ad-Aware and did a scan, which did find some infections. I already have a spy sweeper, but I guess that wasn't enough! Hopefully, this will solve the problem.
