I'm sure this isnt a track but its something and its below the surface/ focus line so I thought I'd bring to someones attention and this seems to be the place to do that . Dont know how to post the movie viewer but its movie 3230301V1

Yep that's one of the many mysteries of the gel. It's a fairly common feature, although you noticed them a lot more often in phase 1 when you were zoomed back farther and could get a better overview of what you were looking at.
We had a discussion about what they could be in the "is this a track topic" a long time ago. It's buried now, I don't know where. There were several possible explanations given, I think mine was that they were caused by water condensation or some other liquid on the gel that left an imprint when it evaporated. I thought of liquid because dirt seems to collect at the bottom of them as if it had drained there.
