problems with test scoring

i have been taking the test even though I click on a track it never recognizes it and scores incorrect every time.

Hi rshepher,

Sorry to hear you are having problems scoring the test. Would you check one thing for me and let me know if this helps, please.

On your machine go to START ---> Control Panel ---> Display ---> Settings ---> Advanced.
Look and see if your DPI setting is on Normal size (96 DPI)

If it is other than Normal you need to set it back to Normal size (96 dpi), then take the test. I believe this will help you.

Does your mouse have batteries? See here for other answers.

96 dpi worked fine! Got 10/10 on the test... When viewing actual movies it would be great if it would show you what you missed when you miss one!!
