For the past several days tracts that I have marked, and which are not calibration tracts, have not been recording in "My Events". I don't keep tract of the full number, the first four digites were: 9358 and 1302.
They were good tracts too.

I just tested it on an inclusion movie (I haven't seen anything worth marking in over a month). It showed up in my events right away.
