I realize that we are still in the initial phases of the project and a lot of effort is being expended preparing the remaining gel for searching. I think it would be interesting and motivating at some point if we could have an idea of how many "possible" particles have been identified. We would then know that "it's really out there" and have an opportunity to see what others have identified.
I am encountering a lot of calibration movies, 268 with 776 real movies viewed. I'm ranked 1362 with 99% specificity and 96% sensitivity; maybe it's because I'm searching from a "foreign" country (Taiwan)
