suggestion about tutorial

Post by Alessandro Freda »

add a remark like this:
"remember to click in the centre of the track"
or something like, near the row:
"If the image below contains a particle track, click on it."

I run the tutorial only one time, with 10/10 result, but I was not sure if "it" refer to the image or to the track. Casually the distance of my click from the track never cause an error. So I'm start to use the VM without this knowledge and sometime the distance of my click from the calibration track caused an "incorrect calibration" counter increase.
I write this since I read many post about possible incorrect calibration movies that could be started from the same error.

Regards

I agree, I've seen this problem with the movie 279084V1.

Thanks Alessandro,

That is a good suggestion about the tutorial. We will definitely do that when we get a chance.

The second issue gamalmfalyii brings up is well known and is discussed in the FAQs forum. So I am locking the topic.
