misgraded answer
Calibration movie #11706 has an obvious track on the left side, but when I clicked on it, the software claimed my answer was false and that there was no track.

Well.... I have now been through the FAQ for the forum, and the tech-faq for Stardust@Home, and I can't find it...
I have also had a movie like that...
I have been through movie 5980844V1 a gazillion times, and there IS NO TRACK!
I clicked "No track", and it counted as wrong.
So - Where should I post this?
As you obviously must mean a THIRD faq-place, I would be glad for a link...
Thanks in advance.

I believe that I answered a calibration movie right but was scored wrong.
A: We are aware this is happening and have tracked down the problem. The problem seemed to occur when there was a track in a calibration movie; when it was clicked it was incorrectly recorded as having been missed.
Several calibration movies had incorrect coordinates in them for the locations of the tracks. The movies we have identified as having had this problem were:
10409
10466
10494
10516
10622
10635
10642
11706
The other 11 movies mentioned so far in this thread were found to be fine. Users simply got them wrong (i.e. clicked in the wrong place or missed the track). You do need to precisely click on the track.
3 of them are very difficult.
8 were viewed ~300 times and clicked incorrectly by fewer than 5 people.
These movies were some that had complaints:
10409B - fixed
10466B - fixed
10494A - fixed
10516A - fixed
11564B - was correct
10621B - was correct
11629B - was correct
10635A - fixed
10867B - was correct
