They certainly don't look like the standard tracks we've seen in the calibration movies, but since they do come into focus below the surface they're definitely something out of the ordinary. In the calibration movies we just see the tracks, and never the particles except for the one example of a large particle from a russian mission that you can clearly see. Maybe these are larger, slower particles? Certainly worth a closer look (no pun intended) :D

sorry to say, but from what we were trained to look for, these don't look like tracks to me at all (though it is very possible that I could be wrong.)

Maybe someday, when a real track is found it can be posted as an example of what they look like for us. Cause either hundreds of tracks have been dismissed by me and others.. or thousands are being reported illegitimatly.

Looks like 3 possible candidates in there. Of the other movies I've seen with suspected tracks, many have multiples. Very interesting

Same here, LeeRyder. Once again those are very numerous.

I'm not sure either, but I hope they're real.

I have seen quite a few damges that look similar but never have depth to them like this one does. This one definately goes deep.

three possible tracks in one movie! one is right next to the center-most large chunk, while the other two are side-by-side at the bottom of the image, to the left of center.
Either you posted the wrong movie number or you skipped the training.

No tracks.

Are you saying you DON'T see those, icebike? Take another look. Watch as the surface items go out of focus- then the described items start as faint rings that slowly get smaller until the end of the focus range. That's exactly what we're looking for: items that come into focus below the surface. I would definitely click it... I have clicked a number of those. What have you been clicking on?

Try this one, maybe it will be a bit more obvious http://stardustathome.ssl.berkeley.edu/ ... e_id=41798

If you don't see anything there, keep looking until you do. The two clearest ones are left side@center and bottom center ('rock' the focus bars near the bottom). Please let me know if you still don't see them.
