CM 426109V1 same problem

Post by oaklea »

CM 426109V1 has the same problem. The inclusion is to the top just off center to the left, and shows an error when it's clicked. Again, it probably an inclusion but is obviously there.

Correction

Make that to the BOTTOM of center just off to the left

Here is another one..

http://stardustathome.ssl.berkeley.edu/ ... rds=?-1,-1

According to the next FM here are the coordinates where I clicked the track I saw and then got dinged for it. (Positive CM) 106,209

http://stardustathome.ssl.berkeley.edu/ ... s=?106,209

And while we are on the subject, there was another one (sorry, I don’t have the URL on it) But I looked and looked at what I though was an inclusion (yes it is, no it isn’t, yes it is) and I ended up getting dinged as a miss. That’s getting a little too sneaky. (IMHO) I thought I was getting real good at being able to discriminate inclusions (unlike Phase I) but now you have me wondering. As a result, you will probably see a lot more in my hit list from now on.

I also thought I was getting good at this after dealing with phase 1, but phase 2 has me wondering if I should keep going or not. There's not a "I'm useless at this" thread, so I hope this is ok to put here. I keep getting 1 wrong for every 1 I get right. I literally don't recognize a track in most of the movies that say there is one. I did go through the new training movies and it took me 3 times to pass it. I don't know how I can do phase 2 with it being so much smaller and with things that truly look more like the inclusions than the open spaces that were the tracks in phase 1 CMs.

Here's another one:
http://stardustathome.ssl.berkeley.edu/ ... rds=?-2,-2
I clicked on the small track on the upper right quadrant, and was scored wrong not for saying there was a track when there wasn't, but for missing a track. My other score is still at 100%, so this is definitive in the fact that it's incorrect.

Honestly, I'm starting to hit "Bad Focus" more than any other selection.

I clicked on the dot about 3/4 of the way over, just south of center (the one that doesn't move), and was given an incorrect for a positive CM. I cannot see another potential track in the movie, and since my no-track score didn't change, there must be a track somewhere else. But where? Are the no-track CM stats not registering? That is the second time, at least, I thought perhaps it should have been a negative CM score loss, and I'm still at 100% there.

looking back i see a tiny spot on 190,255 which is a bit dodgy, if that is the track i do need to see a orthoptist.

a spot on 415,280 i interpreted as an inclusion
Hi Wolter,

Yep, you missed that one at 195, 256. It's pretty small, but there are smaller ones than that out there.

This was the only track to click on in that pos. CM but got an error.
Looking back several movies there was nothing questionable (possible missed CMs which could have been scored with a delay according to the above theory).

Thank a lot for looking at.
Hi Stardust1,

It looks like you've found an honest to goodness CM with bad coordinates. I'll have that one removed.

Thanks for letting us know,

1756565V1 I clicked on this movie at 208, 98 and did not get a point.
8301030V1 Next movie up had a 209, 97 at the end.
6960276V1 Clicked no track and my misses went up by one.
475173V1 next movie up had a -1, -1 at the end.

I did not get credit for a good click and got a miss later.

Hi fjgiie,

Thanks for the detailed report, this is pretty useful. What I see in the database matches what you saw. You answered correctly on 1756565V1 and 6960276V1 and should have been credited with 2 points. I did notice that the movie just prior to 1756565V1 was also a CM and you missed that. You clicked "No Track" but there was in fact a small track in that one.

Had you seen your score report that miss yet? If not, then perhaps we are seeing a delay here. Did your 2 points ever show up later?

Thanks again,
-Bryan

Yes, that is definitely a bad one that needs to get the axe.

Next movie had - frame=33&coords=?205,146 at the end.

No misses prior to this as I had just begun.
Oh man,

You were 34 pixels away from the center on that one. D'oh!

I did not see any "tracks" and went back to review and still could not find one. The VM previous to that was not a CM (I believe), so I don't think the "delay" that Bryan has discussed would be likely. Anyone see what I missed?

Thanks...and Happy Dusting!!
Hi cthiker,

The movie you've linked to is a real movie. It looks like you did miss a movie about 8 movies prior to that: 9066335V1. So, I'm thinking this is another case of a scoring delay.

Thanks,

Sorry.

This is another bad CM that needs to be removed. I'll ask again for its removal.

These are all the same movie, and the same as your previous post. Are you seeing it over and over again?

If so, please click bad focus on it until I manage to get it removed.

Thanks,
