I have viewed +-6500 movies. I have 3... passed 1st cuts. From what I am reading it appears that we are averaging approx. 1 in 2,000! I wonder if that is close to the estimates @ Stardust@Home?

I clicked on them both but they are not as convincing as others in review. After looking at thousands of them, we get a feel for subtle features or anomalies that have enough potential to be "the unexpected". To simply discard a potential candidate is not why we are here. If computers were...

:shock: I totally agree with varying degrees of recognition for a job well done! It would motivate many people to dust-on and could speed up the process. We all have our reasons for being here, discovery and science being the most likely for many of us. I have personally looked at over 5500+- movies...

:idea: Read everything before you start searching! It will help with your score and accuracy. I was so anxious to get started that I started searching immediately and was trashed by the cal. movies. 5500+- later, I am still making up ground to improve my numbers! :shock: Yes, an addiction warning should be issued! I too have some things that have been neglected since I started this project. It is fun though. I have been staying up much later to try to maintain a ranking around 330. It is difficult to gain on some of these "addicted" searchers. Good...
