Tracks or just (normal)dust?

Ok. Here's another question: For example http://stardustathome.ssl.berkeley.edu/forum/viewtopic.php?t=370 I'm talking about the points that come into focus below the surface but act like normal dust without any track. Are these tracks or not? People have been clicking on these alot but I have ignore...

Here's an issue #2: The movie 11571A was originally a calibration movie with 2 tracks(the other quite hard to spot). Now when I go back to myevents to look at it, it's another movie.

I know what you all are talking about but are those really tracks? I've noticed several of those and ignored them. They act like normal dust grains, only that they are below the surface. If it were a track it would leave a smudge that always comes visible before (in higher focus than) the actual rin...

I happened to figure out a way to tell weather or not a movie is real (or a calibration movie for that matter). I've had one of those. I think I ended up choosing 'bad focus' beacuse of the small focus range. By the way, is the focus range the same in all of the movies?
