I agree with Maxim. I have said numerous times that some people work faster than others . Assuming that people are cheating without watching them work, or knowing about their background like in Maxim's case, is assuming bad faith in the project and its process , which I chastise. Let the project wor...

I have been going through movies all day and have only been experiencing these same errors later in the day, mostly during peak hours. This is most likely a result of high traffic on the servers. Since the images can be preloaded, this is why you may see the same amount errors in back-to-back movies.

Re: Answers to Questions about: VM, Movies, Scores…

Why is my scoring this _______ even though I have done ________? The problem has been fixed and you should not be experiencing any more problems with this. Thanks for the update! Have errors caused by this been corrected, or will these irregularities end up being permanent momentos for those that w...

In calibrations movies you are looking for the kind of tracks that are in the tutorial and test, not like your example. Hope this helps. :)

We're still here! Would it be possible to make this channel official, or at least sanctioned by and mentioned on the community page by the SD@H team?

They do, otherwise the naming conventions they have put in place would be moot.

Sasari, I don't see any in any of those. I see what I think you might have chosen, but don't see those as tracks. :? In a VM microscope page paste the link http://stardustathome.ssl.berkeley.edu/ss_virtual_microscope.php?frame=-1&next_movie_id=35874&ondeck_movie_id=10465&no_record=0&...

This thread has been deleted. Most likely because it can cause uneven load balances across the different servers causing latency all around.

I receiver this error after it takes a little bit longer than usual to load. Nothing to do with how people can potentially cheat.

When you view it under My Events, it will tell you how many times that movie has been viewed so far. I clicked a movie today and I was the 12th person to view it, however I was the first person to see something in that movie making me the first to identify the particle, if it indeed is one.

This has happened once to me. I correctly clicked a track, my correct count went up by one, my total score went down by one and my sensitivity was hit with the weight of an incorrect answer.

If you believe that there is the possibility that there could be tracks in areas that are not able to be viewed deep enough, this is when you click Bad Focus. There is no criteria because every movie is different.

Those particles are on the surface from what I see, not below it.
