How about this picture perfect lateral track?

To me this looks like 3 channel-like structures with a dark grain of the usual dust on the bottem of the left channel.
That makes it "no track".

I think you are almost correct and it is as follows.

Start is at 11:00am PDT
PDT = UTC-7
So the start is at 18:00/6:00pm UTC=GMT
CEST (with daylight saving) = UTC+2
CET (without daylight saving) = UTC+1
Which results in a start time of 20:00/8:00pm CEST or 19:00/7:00pm CET
