We need to take the site off line for maybe 24 hours.

A disk in the web server is going bad and needs to be replaced.

All sites will be down,
stardustathome.ssl.berkeley.edu, aerogel.ssl.berkeley.edu and foils.ssl.berkeley.edu

We’ll get things up and running ASAP.

Some quick updates:

• There are now about 230,000 movies to search up from about 76,000.
• Added “Bad Image” button.
• Changed Number of Movies Searched to Score.

Please let me know if I broke anything else.

I just created this forum for discussion on the foils site.

We’ll be upgrading the forum software on Wednesday March 4th. So the forum will not be available for a few hours on that today.

I just pushed the fix for the bug that didn't keep you logged in to the site. Sorry it took so long…..

Dear Dusters, Sorry some of the bugs reported have not been dealt with yet. We had an issue with the database that needed our full attention, but it has now been resolved. We are currently testing the email system that informs you of your missed power movies. We’ll most likely turn it on this Monday...

On Monday October 28, 2013 we will be taking Stardust@home off-line for about 24 hours. Normally we take the site down around 9am Pacific time.

The little box I used to get saying "Are you sure you want to select this movie" or something like that has disappeared altogether. Re: the Little Box. We removed that code, it only showed the "Are you sure" box under some browsers to correct a bug in older versions of that brow...
