Interesting phenomena.. Have you considered that the tapering off at the top of the graph maybe simply due to physical limitations? i.e. the number of hours in a day, the quality of the images, the limit of human shape recognition.. If not for those, perhaps the graph would be more-or-less perfect,...

Re: Updated...again

I hope I didn't make this a bigger mess! But I made the flash files so that there are now embedded. So when you click the link below the QuickTime image you see the slide show "in" a web page; using the flash plug-in. I cannot see the images but I'm only able to listen the speech, only fo...

Re: Updates here....

I made a very small QuickTime version (~1.6MB), if your streaming speed is set to 28.8/33.6 Kbps (or Automatic and you have a low speed connection); QuickTime should deliver you that file. Also, under the image are 2 links to download Flash versions of the file. High Quality 700 Kbps (~10 MB) and M...

Hi John, I found that the pattern of the Top 100 curve is well fitted by y = a(x - b)^c where a = 2229761 b = -5.0745613 c = -1.3463982. (CurveExpert 1.3 download from the webb) This curve is not statistic. CurveExpert works with Excell; you have to copy the table of the Top 100 (in excell format) i...

pattern of the Top 100 scores

Hi

in my opinion the pattern of the Top 100 scores should be similar to that of the ranking of the New York Marathon, having on the vertical the time spent in the run and on the horizontal the single person.

This kind of graph is not a statistical distribution but just a ranking.

Ciao

Is possible classify a movie as calibration from the URL ? How ? In my opinion the problem is more complex. It happened to me the same at least a dozen times in the past few days, 3 times only this morning. It seems that, some times, the central computer does not accept the messages related to the ...

"Sensitivity" and "Specificity"

Following my preceeding e-mails, please check again the way in which the values of "Sensitivity" and "Specificity" are calculated.

In my opinion there is something wrong.

Thank you

Pier

My user name in the ranking list is "mopigi"

Error

With reference to my previous message, please consider that the error is in the "Specificity" computation. The value does not move.

Please check also the "Sensitivity" parameter.

Thank you
