prob w/ cal movie
my last three movies were 9504095V1; 4001684V1; 6273279V1; at some point in the last three movies my incorrect calibration score went up by 1. I indicated no track in the first two and a small track in the third (approx 11 o'clock just up from center) --I believe it was the 2nd in the list that regi...

Oscar, good luck with your break. I am having a great time doing this. I am the mother of two small children and find it quite surprisingly soothing to sit and view movies for a few minutes at a time here and there. It is fun to pick up my computer and sit quietly now and again and feel I am accompl...

no track movie
Seadog66, someone sent me a private message with both the real movie and the calibration movie with the same number you were questioning. I reviewed both movies and I don't see a track on either but I can't be certain about the calibration movie since I didn't view the movie in my regular session. A...

Well, not sure why I am doing it either, except it is somewhat soothing. I have two small children and I find it rather calming to sit and just stare at a computer screen for a while. Seems better than playing a computer game or a game of cards. I am also enjoying the thought I might actually 'find ...

'no track' 4241030V1
Well, Seadog66, it won't help for this movie, but I can tell you that I had the same reaction to one a couple of days ago and I hit 'back' on my browser so I could review the movie. After some careful perusing I found a very small track on the very right of my screen that I had missed the first time...

Seadog66, I would be happy to take a look; do you know how I can view the movie?

thanks
Thanks, guys. I believe I have found my problem. I have mcafee installed and I think the 'parental controls' were causing problems. Being the parent, and not allowing any of my children on this computer I simply uninstalled the parental control software. This seems to have been the majority of my tr...

javascript wouldn't load movies
I am having this problem frequently, ~ 3-4 in 50. Mostly when it occurs I hit refresh and the film will load. Occasionally, it won't load completely so I select 'bad focus'. Several times my incorrect calibration score changed. It is a little disheartening to see my score go up. Is there anything el...

javascript wouldn't load movies
I am having this problem frequently (~3-4 in 50)-I don't really keep track of the number. Typically I refresh the image and it is ok; sometimes it is not enough and I will select bad focus. Occasionally, my score is affected. I am not quite sure what to do when the script repeatedly won't load compl...

I think I figured it out!
I am using a touchpad not a mouse. The touchpad had the 'tap' feature enabled. I disabled the tap feature and changed the sensitivity setting on the touchpad and hopefully this will take care of the problem. Would it be possible for me to redo the last 5 calibration movies I got wrong since the comp...

problems with completing scan of slide-no track is selected
Before I complete my scan of a slide, the system will select 'no track' and move to the next slide. I don't understand what is happening. I know for a fact this has happened 3 times, I believe it has happened several other times. I am using a new laptop and am concerned that there might be a problem...
