New Movies?

I'm a relative newcomer, having signed up October 25th (drawn in by the Astronomy Picture of the Day), and unlike many "professional dusters" here (), I work in my spare time - at lunch, after work, some weekends, etc., and rarely spend more than an hour at a time searching for the e...

Best looking one (of mine) so far

I haven't got first rights on this one, and only 29 of 293 people have clicked on it, but to my mind, it looks better than any of the possible tracks I've clicked on so far. I just wish that the focus went a little deeper. What do you think?

Right side, just above center.

*BUMP*

This is too cool to languish at the bottom of the message list. Oh yeah, I'm the one sharing Utah with the landing zone!

Here's a couple that I found interesting. No track candidates here - just typical aerogel oddness and strange debris. Changing the focus up and down on this one made me seasick. A hook to catch your falling star(dust)? A nice little cloud formation in this one. Odd little leopard spots that appear a...

Probably nothing, but...

I looked at this and looked and looked again, and I'm still not sure if I did right in clicking on it. I went with "When in doubt, click it." and I guess I'm looking for a little validation. Here's 2627696V1 and if you look very very closely in the upper left corner inside one of the crevi...

I was having similar problems last night. I thought I'd do a little dusting between knocks at the door, and it was taking between 2 and 3 minutes to get a response to either No Track or Bad Focus buttons, even though the blue bar at the top indicated that the next movie was already loaded. I figured...

Re: "blank movies" / artifacts

And also these spots are shown here: http://xs104.xs.to/xs104/06310/stardust2.jpg I've gotten used to seeing that one on the top, since it's so obvious. The one that catches me more than I like is that one in the middle near the bottom. It's not obvious in all the movies, but when "something i...

Firefox 1.5.0.7

I've been using Firefox at work on lunch breaks and during slow times, but usually only review 20 movies at a time max. This weekend, for the first time, I've been working at home, and sat down for an extended period of time to look for stardust. At one point, I got a Java error that said it couldn'...
