Pointyhat: I read it as saying that several of the top 100 have similar features, so they only chose to analyse one of each type of feature at a time, not that 91 of 100 are 'obviously wrong'.

The first example looks very similar to a crack to me. I guess that's why the hit rate was low, despite it being very visible. 4836732V1 looks good, but in my view could equally be bad focus, the RHS just approaching the surface. On the size of the team, the limiting factor appears to be the microsc...

batdog - definately something coming into focus well below the surface, but no obvious track to it. Probably an inclusion in the gell, probably not what we're looking for, but who knows. Untill we know for definite what we're looking for, it (imo) is worth clicking on this.

Actually, people should be flagging 1 in 10, since these will be cal movies with tracks. Provided they are not checking in advance if a move is a cal or not, they ought to be able to tell if they're seeing stuff that's not there. Based on the events I've clicked, I guess most people are getting abou...

The rankings give an impression of how the project is progressing, which for me is interesting.

What are people's best agreement rates? Best I have is about 20%, a group at 10%, and the rest where noone else agrees with me.

I would assume that the stats for cal. movies are collected in just the same way as real movies. The difference is that these are secret - if we know the answers to the cal movies, then the cal movies become useless as a mechanism for testing user accuracy. At the moment, there is not enough data to...

If you check under 'my events' you should be able to see that the important information is being recorded, and that it updates immediately. You can even see how many other people agree with you... That's a fairly convincing consensus on the poll! I'm not sure I'd have seen this one, but definately a spit which comes into focus lower than the top surface.
