A New View

Hi, I have recently (last night) tried working on the focus movies in a new view. So far it seems promising. I can see things much clearer and it is much easier on my eyes. I use a Mac and I can invert the color by pressing ctrl, option, apple and 8 all at the same time. I do not know if PC's have a ...

Me too

This was happening to me also. A lot when I was using mozilla. I no longer use mozilla even though it loads faster for me. I couldn't take all the wrong answers that happened when I closed the screen. I am back to using safari which is much slower but I am not getting charged with wrong answers when...

Bryan, I think you are right

Hi Bryan, Thank you for your response. I do think some how it was recording at 2 movies at once. I know I wasn't double clicking, but I do think it recorded more than one response with one click. Either because I had multiple tabs open or both of the two movies that were loaded recorded. I watched t...

Hi Marcia, I will try that. I also just upgraded my safari as suggest by fjgiie. So far things have been better. If it slows down again I will definitely delete the items you listed. I have been struggling with safari for about a year, I wish I had asked for help sooner. Mozilla always adds extra mi...

Problems with mozilla

I have been having some problems using Safari and now Mozilla. Safari takes far too long too load. However I think it records my efforts correctly. Mozilla, which I started using about 2 weeks ago seems to record onto 2 focus movies with one click. My score can show 1 wrong and 1 right on one click....

I like the calibration movies. It breaks things up and keeps me sharp, after a while nothing, nothing, nothing can get really boring. I don't care that I can recognize them pretty easy. I get the feed back of being right which boost my cofidence about the ones I do find (even though I think most are...

The people that are cheating are cheating themselves.

The score is not the most important, doing a good job is and the score will follow. After all we are suppose to be finding new particles and maybe if luck will have it, be the first to find that one.

same here

Even though I am using the ratings to hopefully become very accurate, when you lose those extra points for an apparent change in the rating system it bothers me. Went to bed with 100/ 96 and woke up with 95.67/95.67 .......? Like someone else said "Something new for them to figure out." I ...

OK how do you put the pictures on the board. Do they need to be on a website first or can you upload them directly. When I hit the img button it's asking for a url address. I do not have the image on a site.[/b]
