Multiple objects coming into focus. 3 are distinct. several more seem to be round circles (3 in bottom left corner) getting sharper towards bottom of focus range.

I'm not one of the people who had the accounts zero'd out, but I think the difference in the 'cheater' and regular user histograms can be explained by the large number of 'bad focus' movies recently. Going through a series of 'bad focus' movies is frustrating.
Today, was going through movies, and going 'bad focus' 'bad focus' 'bad focus' 'bad focus' 'bad focus' and then losing concentration on following movies. I think that if a movie gets 9/10 'bad focus' reviews when viewed by the first 10 people, the software should quit serving that movie to the other...
