Make sure when you comment on movies, you specify whose you're commenting about, or everyone's if that's the case

Yes, I've noticed a couple trials, sometimes back to back, when the ranking is updated, and also when I miss one.

Also, you really can tell the difference between real and trial on many of the movies. Real ones are clearer, and trial ones sometimes are a little pixelated, as if they were compressed.
