Actually, if I'm not entirely mistaken;
If a movie has already been flagged by someone, the frame number and coordinates clicked on are displayed at the end of the URL. Whether or not it changes as more people click on the track(s), I don't know.

1280x1024 on a 19" CRT when doing the VM, but the browser @ 200% zoom. Usually 1600x1200 otherwise.

Weapon of choice / Best tool for the job

Opera 9.01 in full-screen mode , screen res 1280x1024, zoom level 200%, or 300% for those really tiny track-candidates. And a fast mouse hand.
