Movie 1182017V1 439 75 Not Extraterrestrial interstellar candidate
Being classified as "Not Extraterrestrial", but the comments say "interstellar candidate".

The way I interpret that to mean is that the initial indication was that it looked like a possibility for an interstellar candidate, but upon further inspection (most likely during phase 1) it was determined to not be likely to be extra terrestrial. Which means it is probably an inclusion.
