Light Movies

Post by tudorbug »

I am seeing a significant number of movies which are so light, in the manner of an overexposed photo, that necessay details cannot be seen. This is particularly important since the signature sought contains a considerable light portion which the trail around and behind the supected high angle particle. In these many cases, I am using "out of focus" and going on to the next one, frequently then having to use "out of focus' again and then again.

The grey bacground of these movies is simply washed out to near white on some or all of the screen. In a couple of instances, the screen is completely blank it is so white.

Helpis needed here, please.

It looks as if the brightness of these movies may be a characteristic of the high end graphics card in my home computer. I don't find this problem to be so severe when I am on my office computer.
