Callibration Movies

I seem to be having trouble picking up the tracks on about 10% of the callibration movies that have tracks. I'm sure that these movies don't have tracks that are the same as the ones in the tests (Are they a lot smaller perhaps). Would it be possible to save a log of the test movies that I have got wrong so that I can check? - Without seeing these I've got no idea what I am doing wrong!

There are some callibration movies that have VERY SMALL tracks showing up only in the last few focus layers.
