Re: What is happening to this project?

That will indeed be the case. In addition, Phase 2 will end with some new movies of a few new tiles and old tiles. When Phase 3 begins (sometime in January), it will be all new movies and a lot more new tiles.

Stay tuned.

Re: problem

Hard to say. Do you have any browser add-ons, like an ad blocker? Better yet, have you tried a different browser? Without more information, you might want to read through this thread to see if any of these former problems match yours.

Re: What is happening to this project?

Thanks Martin, glad to hear you're gearing up :D John - regarding your other questions, Anna Butterworth was kind enough to provide some additional information as follows: 1. Re my Q1, you mention tile #92. Would that be the tile labelled #I092 in the top-right corner of the last update we've been p...

Re: What is happening to this project?

Hi John (and John), Yes, things have been quiet. This is mainly due to the climate controls being compromised in the clean room, where the tiles are being analyzed and stored (as discussed toward the end of Update #5 ). This incident necessitated new strategies/actions (including tile removal, new t...

Update

There's a new slideshow update (#5) from Andrew Westphal at http://stardustathome.ssl.berkeley.edu/ISPE_Update/ (with the "newer" news towards the end). As always, look for it at the bottom of the page.

Enjoy!

In that case you could probably click the button for practically every slide (if I understood you correctly). There's a lot of "junk" on that aerogel!

Hi John, Dr. Andrew Westphal was kind enough to take the time to answer your questions. His replies are below. Note, your original points have been highlighted in pink . Re: New forum design

Since that works John, we're going to try and find a design that suits everyone. No promises, and it might take awhile (our tech is only a few percent time on Stardust and is going on vacation soon), but we'll definitely see what can be done.

Thanks for your patience.
